While doing some research for my ripple price prediction page, I came across an interesting stat. Per web-ranking site Alexa, Ripple.com is more popular in Japan than it is in the U.S. Here’s Alexa’s country-by-country breakdown of visitors to Ripple.com:
While Ripple.com isn’t the only place users can create ripple wallets and trade XRP and other currencies, it’s certainly the most popular. Per Alexa, almost half of Ripple.com’s traffic originates from Japan (45.5 percent) vs. 21.4 percent that originates from the U.S.
Of course, Ripple’s community is still so small, that a handful of very active users in Japan could distort Alexa’s numbers. As of right now, there are only 81,511 ripple wallets in existence (per Ripplecharts.com).
The number of ripple wallets has grown by more than 7,000 over the past month. About 3,000 of those new wallets have been added in the five days since Germany’s Fidor Bank announced integration with the ripple protocol. Here’s a look at the growth rate in ripple wallets over the past month:

OpenCoin need to release official published guidance on the timing and amounts of Ripple issuance. Otherwise you can’t tell whether/when the supply may jump by a factor of ten. 100 bil have been created by the issuance schedule is unknown.

the reason that is popular in Japan ripple because pervading fraud as unfortunately merchandise. The advertising to become tens of thousands of times as bit coin, the Commercial Code hit on a chestnut at a price that went up and 1xrp = 0.3 $ has prevalent in fraud group. I am very concerned about this situation.

I think that recent increase of ripple wallets is more linked to the implementation of ~name feature. RL has reserved 500.000 high traffic names, however there are still many interesting to take… The community is taking the advantage and many users open new wallets in order to pick up the most interesting names for them, their family members, friends or to make profit selling them in the future.

There is a fan of many ripple in Japan.
Their expectation is very great.
However, the group which sells ripple highly is in part.
However, it is small groups.
I think that their group is not large.
The currency which is the most popular in Japan is Ripple.
I will think that the impact is very large, if Ripple’s circulation becomes full-scale in the United States and Japan.
I also expect Ripple’s growth very much.
